The OneControl® App makes it easy to monitor and control devices connected to your RV’s OneControl system. Operate leveling systems, lights, slide-outs, awnings and more when in Bluetooth® or WiFi range of your RV. Keep tabs on water tank levels, battery status and HVAC. Use the new Modes feature to customize devices for each part of your trip or access frequently used devices in an instant with Favorites.

Enjoying the App doesn’t require a OneControl system on your RV. Add OneControl devices like the Tire Linc® tire pressure monitoring system, Temperature sensors, Liquid Propane sensors and Door Locks to your RV and manage them all in the App. Then use the App’s complimentary Checklist Builder to plan and track every step of your next adventure.

If your RV is equipped with a ConnectAnywhere system, a Telematics data plan will allow you to use OneControl to remotely control and monitor select RV devices from anywhere in the world.

One Control remotely controls and monitors:
• Leveling systems
• Power jacks and stabilizers
• Interior and exterior lights
• Slide-out rooms
• Awnings
• Generators
• TV and bed lifts
• HVAC settings
• Gas and electric water heaters
• Water and fuel tanks
• Backup camera systems
• Water pumps
• Kitchen and bathroom vents and vent covers
• Automatic door locks

Check your RV owner’s manual or ask your manufacturer if your RV is compatible with OneControl or ConnectAnywhere or is equipped with an Insight camera or Tire Linc dock.

Update fixed connection issue .... but ...

Feedback for the developer. Your banner images are taking up way too much screen real estate especially on an iPad in landscape mode. It’s basically unusable on the iPad in landscape mode. Please remove the images or make them optional. Take a look in Xcode simulator; you wrecked landscape mode with the images.

I do like the cleaner look. I will give you credit for trying to improve the UI. but the OneControl app has never taken advantage of screen space. People don’t want images on the screen, they want access to their information. Do that and cleanup the bugs and you will start to see improved ratings.

UPDATE: Not working in IOS 13. Ughhh. Please resolve this issue. It fails when attempting to join the WiFi network after you enter the ID and password. My IOS 12 device still work but not iOS 13 :(

Developer Response ,

We are investigating the issue with iOS 13 and will get back with you soon.

Terrible Never Works

We’ve had our trailer for just under a year. This is the most inconsistent app I have ever encountered. I work in technology and the fact that such a well known company in the Rv/travel trailer component industry has produced such a poorly performing application is appalling. Dealers of all types and brands are selling these amazing technologies in the Rv like backing cameras and tire sensors but the application to monitor and control them never work. We have attempted to troubleshoot, our dealership has attempted to troubleshoot. We’ve tried different phones, updating the app, disconnecting and reinstalling time and time again. Lippert should be ashamed of themselves. Stop trying to sell all these technologies when they don’t work. My guess would be they’ve never actually done any ux/ui testing out in the world where Rv/travel trailers are. They need to hire someone that knows what they are doing to redesign/develop this application and the components that are meant to be connected to it. They need to get feedback from the users on how it actually works in real life scenarios, not just what the app looks like. I can’t believe there isn’t a class action lawsuit against Lippert for selling a product that doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do. Ultimately, what’s going to happen is someone is going to be hurt by relying on the app that isn’t functioning properly.

Total Crap App Now!

I have had the phone app feature since I purchased a fifth wheel in 2015. App worked most of the time. Then I purchased a 2021 fifth wheel and again it had this same feature. Had all the same components as my 2015. So after first year with my 2021, and app working as it should, they changed the app. Went from a blue back ground that looked and functioned nice to a black and white. Looks like an app that was developed in the late 90s. With this new app came constant problems. One slide will connect and work and the other will not. I have to either use the manual switch or the LCI control panel. Same with my awnings, one works in the app and the other does sometimes. Then when you scroll down it shacks and jerks. This is a terrible app and I am like most other individuals who have commented, we pay a lot of money to have these features and expect them to work. If there was another company that could be used I certainly would try them over this crap app. I wish I could figure out how to get the old version back. At least it worked 90% of the time. And I can promise that if the app causes a failure in my rig or damages anything, I will certainly have a law suit. LcI, make it better not worse. Not sure who is in charge that allows this to continue at LCI but they sure are getting paid for designing bad worthless app.
