HOW IT WORKS
Your school office creates your family's account and sends you your login. Sign in and your kids are already there.
You order lunch. The kitchen gets the count. Your school records the payment.
That's it.
PAYMENTS
hotlunch.food does not process payments.
You pay your school directly using whatever method your school accepts — cash, check, or the school's own online payment system. Your school's office records those payments in hotlunch.food, and the balance you see reflects their records.
PRIVACY
hotlunch.food collects only what's needed to run your school's lunch program: your name and email, your kids' names and classes, and their lunch orders.
No advertising. No tracking. No selling your data.
Students don't have their own accounts and are never asked to provide information.

FOR SCHOOLS
If your school doesn't use hotlunch.food yet, send them to hotlunch.food.
hotlunch.food replaces paper lunch envelopes, spreadsheets, and the 9 AM phone calls — giving families and school staff one simple place to manage school lunch.
Payment reminders. If your school sets a balance limit, you'll see what you owe on your home screen and get a reminder once a week until it's paid — never a blocked lunch.
Staff can now order their own lunch and see their payment history under My Lunch.
Teachers can edit a student's order in place instead of removing and re-adding it, and can filter the class list to one class or to staff.
