Start with your people. After signup, Invite Your Crew is the first section on Home. Share your crew link, find your buddies, or choose to match your contacts. Crew Sync follows, and Create a Game stays available whenever you're ready. Signup now uses a required, verified cell number with optional recurring texts. City selection is clearer, location permission is requested only when you choose it, and QR invitations survive setup without restarting the flow. Scan a personal crew QR or open its invitation link, finish signup, and join that person's crew directly. Sign into the app with the same cell number to find them in My Crew—no extra approval needed. Profile searches and contact requests still require acceptance.

Introducing CrewSync. Choose when you could play across this week and the next three, see where your private crew overlaps, and turn Suggested Games into real games only when someone commits. This update also improves the mobile CREW QR path so a new player can scan your code, finish setup, and return to your crew invitation automatically.
