Minor bug fixes

Share a ride as a picture — five designs, and a new way to share several at once. - Five designs for one ride: the route alone, a data card, a transparent sticker to drop on your own photo, one coloured by the light you rode in, and one that appears only when you beat a record. - Pick several rides in History and share them as one picture: a journey with its stops named and the regions it crossed, or every route on one ground with a colour each. - Select several rides to delete them together, with a check first. - Place names on an export are looked up only when you ask for them, and kept on your phone. - Walks are split by the kilometre again instead of one long line. - Steadier recording when a ride is mostly stop-start. - What's new now has a header, keeps its formatting, and marks itself unread until you've read it.

MORE ACCURATE RECORDING Distance and pace are measured by a rebuilt engine. Walking and running are closer to the truth, pauses are detected more reliably, and a stretch where the GPS lost you is drawn as a gap instead of a straight line guessed through it. Rides you have already saved are left exactly as they were — nothing is recalculated behind you. CLEARER ON HOME The cards for group rides and live sharing explain themselves in place instead of pushing the page around when you tap for more. Live sharing now says plainly who can see your location, for how long, and who can stop it. GROUP RIDES Start becomes available once a second person has joined — a group of one has nobody to be co-present with. When a start cannot go ahead, the app says why in plain language instead of showing an error code. FIXES • Shared images and route videos carry a small link in the corner instead of a branded badge. It is your photo, not our advertisement. • Post-ride pace and distance corrections.

This release is mostly about saying less, and meaning more when we do. - A new Activity bulletin collects everything the app has to say — recaps, levels, milestones, backup problems, service notices — in one place you read when you choose, rather than in your notification shade. - The app now interrupts you at most once a week, across every source combined. Anything it would have said beyond that goes to the bulletin instead. - New and genuinely useful: a weekly recap of what you recorded, a sunset warning before you set off, a notice if cloud backup has been quietly failing, and a check if a ride is still recording after you have stopped moving. - You can set your own weekly reminder, on a day and time you pick. It is off unless you turn it on, and the app will offer a suggestion from your own history rather than deciding for you. - If your ride ends while a group is still live, we tell you that you are still visible. - Nothing about streaks, and nothing promotional. Ever. Also in 1.8.7: exported images and videos carry a working route link, the emergency features retired in 1.8.5 are now fully removed along with their privacy-policy claims, and the app runs on iOS 17 and later.
