It does not hand out a stock template: it asks about your injuries, your equipment, your goal and the movements you cannot do, then writes the plan around them. AI COACH In the setup wizard, enter your injuries, how many days a week you train, where you train and your working weights. The AI writes your weekly plan and it lands straight in the workout tab — not in a separate list you forget about. 412 EXERCISES, ALL ON VIDEO Every movement comes with a video, the muscles it works and a difficulty level. You never have to leave the app to look up how something is done. A PLAN THAT FITS YOU Movements you marked as "can't do" never appear. Ones you'd rather substitute are swapped for an alternative that works the same muscle. Full gym, dumbbells only, or nothing at home — all three work. WORKING WEIGHTS AND CALIBRATION If you don't know your working weight, the app finds it through calibration. Log every set and let the app tell you where to pick up next time. PROGRESS ANALYTICS Weekly volume, time, sets and reps in clear charts. See which muscle group you have been neglecting. 3D BODY MODEL AND MEASUREMENTS Mark your chest, waist, arm and leg measurements on a 3D model and follow how they change over time. LIGHT AND DARK THEME A dark theme that is easy on the eyes in the gym, a light one for daytime. Your choice. YOUR ACCOUNT IS YOURS Sign in with email, Google or Apple. Delete your data whenever you want, or close your account entirely from inside the app. A Tenax Pro subscription unlocks the AI coach, personalised plan generation, the exercise library and progress analytics.
