Mission control for film sets
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Make every shoot day a good day. Mission control for the film set built by filmmakers for filmmakers and proven on commercials, feature films and TV productions.
SetSnitch is mission control for the film set, where the assistant director runs the shooting day and every phone on set follows along live.
Everyone knows what is shooting now, what comes next and when they are needed, right on their own phone.
RUN THE DAY
Build the day from your call sheet or from scratch, then run it scene by scene. Move through blocking, lighting, rehearsal and shooting with a tap, and when plans change, reorder the day and the call sheet's times follow the new order.
EVERY PHONE IN SYNC
Crew see the scene on the floor, the phase it is in, what is up next and their own call time. When the AD moves the day, every phone knows at once.
ON THE LOCK SCREEN
The current scene and phase stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so a glance is enough. The AD can call phases by voice with Hey Snitch, hands-free, with the phone locked in its stand.
ONE MESSAGE TO THE WHOLE SET
Send a notice to the whole crew in seconds and see who has read it.
READY BEFORE THE SHOOT
Import call sheets, scripts and shot lists, and the Snitch reads them into a working day with scenes, cast and crew. Plan shots and draw camera maps for each scene, and they are waiting on the day they are shot.
A RECORD OF EVERY DAY
Every day leaves a clean record of when each scene started, how long each phase took and when the day wrapped.
BUILT ON SET
SetSnitch is built by filmmakers for filmmakers and proven on feature films, TV productions and commercials, where crews run their shooting days with it.
Works on iPhone and iPad. Crew join a production by scanning its QR code or opening its link.
Ratings & Reviews

Hey Snitch now understands calls in your own words. Say it the way you would on the radio, and the Snitch works out which call you mean. It can also kick off the day, move to another scene and add a shot: try "Hey Snitch, moving to scene 24" or "add a close-up on a 24mm lens". If it got something wrong, "undo" takes back the move or the new shot.
The first time, the app asks before your words leave the phone, and short plain calls like "lighting" keep working on the phone either way.
A question is no longer taken as a call, so asking "how long is lighting?" leaves the floor where it is.
The app no longer shows "No signal on set" by mistake, for example right after signing in.
