App no longer works after the update

After they removed the face id option the app no longer allows me to see any messages sent to me from the doctors. Messages will not even appear on the app. App also crashes on me often. Now I have a hard time getting a hold of the doctors because I can’t see their responses.

Bug fixes and improvements: • Saving an appointment to your calendar again no longer fails or deletes the copy you saved before. • Video visits no longer ask for camera and microphone permission every time you open the app. • Security improvements.
