Your child's learning record and curriculum now open right in the app, no browser needed, with a real Share as PDF. You can now look back further than the recent list on your phone. Pick a year, quarter, month or area at app.unschoolingacademy.org to see everything you have ever logged. Fixed: the choice for a child's sex now lists Boy, Girl, Prefer not to say, in that order. Also fixed: a small wording mismatch between the app and the browser on the learning record.

Start with a 7 day free trial. Try everything free for a week, and cancel any time before it ends. Both parents can now map a moment, or change what it maps to, not only the one who wrote it down. Editing the words is still up to whoever added them. When a moment is matched to the wrong part of the curriculum, you can now say so. Tap "None of these fit" and pick a better match on the desktop next time. Also fixed: saving an edited moment now closes the window the first time.

- Your child's progress is clearer. When a moment is noticed but not yet counted toward a skill, the app now tells you what turns it into "shown". - Updates between two parents in the same household now appear reliably, and you are notified when your partner adds a moment. - The screen stays upright with your phone. - You can attach a screenshot when you send feedback, so we can see what you see. - Smaller fixes and refinements throughout.

Two things that were only in the browser. The "what is expected where you live" card - your registration deadline, the days left on it, who you file with, and the words your reviewer uses - now appears on the Report tab in the app, not only in a browser. So does the strength-with-difficulty note on Patterns, which reads the reports you have added and says plainly when a child understands a great deal while finding it hard to show. Both were visible on a phone in Safari and missing from the app itself. And a small one: on the Ask screen, the Send button no longer sits under the bottom edge of the phone. Both parents get told. If two of you share a child's record, whoever did not make the capture now gets a notification when the other one does. It says only that a moment was logged and for which child. Never the note, never the photograph, never what it was about, because that is your child's business and it does not travel through anyone else's servers. Find a standard. A new page that answers one question directly: what does this app have for my region's strand, at my child's grade? Search for a standard by name, or walk in from the curriculum explorer and see what is there before you need it. Your region's own words. Reports now use the vocabulary your region actually uses. Manitoba writes General Learning Outcome where another province writes something else, and the printed document follows whichever one applies to your child. A report that borrows the wrong words makes a reader stop and wonder, which is the opposite of what it is for. Wider coverage across Canada. Manitoba English Language Arts, Physical Education, the Arts, Social Studies and Career learning are curated now, and every province gained matches in the subjects that were thinnest. Printed reports stay in your jurisdiction. The document you hand to a reviewer is scoped to your own child's region, so nothing from somewhere else appears in it.
