HOW IT WORKS • Enter your Mealie server address and personal API token once • Share any recipe link from Safari, Instagram, or any app • Mealie Share sends it straight to your server, which extracts the recipe automatically FEATURES • Works from any app that can share a URL • Optional import of the original tags and categories • Clear success or error feedback: if a site can't be scraped, you'll know why • Copy a link to the freshly created recipe PRIVACY FIRST • No ads • No tracking or analytics of any kind • No third-party servers: Mealie Share only talks to the Mealie instance you configure • Open source, so you can read exactly what it does REQUIRES A self-hosted Mealie instance (mealie.io) that you control, and a personal API token from its settings. Mealie Share does not include or require a Mealie server itself. It's a companion app for people already running Mealie.
