Cardtell is a party card game for three to ten people in the same room, each holding their own phone. One person opens a game. Everyone else finds it in the list and joins — no code to read out, no account to make, no sign-up. Then it plays itself: • Everyone answers the same prompt with a card from their hand. • Nobody sees who played what. • The judge picks the funniest. A point to whoever wrote it. • The judge changes every round, so everyone gets a turn. TWENTY DECKS, TWO THOUSAND CARDS Twelve English decks and eight Russian ones, written rather than translated — the Russian decks are about дача, баня and маршрутка, not about American prom. BUILT FOR A ROOM, NOT A FEED There is no infinite scroll, no streak to keep and nobody to follow. A game is ten rounds and about twenty minutes, and then you put the phones down. CARDTELL PLUS Every deck, English and Russian, for as long as you subscribe. Or buy the decks you want, once, and keep them. 18+ The cards deal in crude humour, sex, death and the parts of being a person nobody says out loud. That is the game. You confirm you are 18 or over before you can play, and if it is not what you want at your table, this is not the app for you. Written cards are filtered, can be reported by anyone at the table, and are read by a human before they can ever reach anybody outside the round they were written for.
