WellAlert helps you stay connected to family, friends, colleagues, and caregivers through everyday check-ins, smart alarms, and a Care Circle you choose. Share how you’re doing, plan who follows up if you miss a check-in, and ask for help when you need it.

YOUR PERSONAL JOURNAL
Reflect on stress, mood, and your day with unlimited private check-ins on every plan. Add notes and notice patterns in your history. Private entries stay on this device, aren’t backed up or transferred across accounts or devices, and don’t notify contacts or change your shared status or avatar ring. Free includes 7-day history; Premium includes full history.
SMART ALARMS, BUILT AROUND YOUR LIFE
Set repeating alarms for routines or a planned check-in. Keep an alarm on your device, or add safety backup to alert selected contacts if you don’t respond within your chosen window.
Repeating alarms require a supported iPhone running iOS 26 or later. One-time reminders are available on iOS 17 or later, with optional contact follow-up.
KEEP YOUR PEOPLE IN THE LOOP
Bring your people into your Care Circle. Share wellness notes and choose who is notified when you don’t respond. Contacts must install WellAlert and accept your request before receiving alerts.
LOCATION SHARING, ON YOUR TERMS
Choose who sees your location and when; view your Care Circle’s shared locations and status at a glance. Activate optional location sharing when you need it.
ASK SOMEONE FOR HELP
Request support from one Care Circle member. Choose whom to notify and confirm before sending. Access Ask for Help from your iPhone or iPad, supported Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, or Apple Watch.
SOS FOR URGENT SITUATIONS
Alert a group of eligible, accepted Care Circle contacts when you need urgent help. Access SOS from your iPhone or iPad, supported Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, or Apple Watch. See who will be contacted, with time to cancel during the countdown. When it ends, WellAlert sends the alert and shares your location with the contacts alerted for that incident.
See when a contact acknowledges your alert. With Premium, tiered escalation alerts your priority groups first, then reaches additional contacts if no one acknowledges. SOS is subject to plan limits and does not contact emergency services.
CARE FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN, LOCK SCREEN, AND WRIST

FREE AND PREMIUM
Start with Free: unlimited device-only alarms and reminders, 3 alarms with safety backup, 3 reminders with safety backup, up to 3 Care Circle contacts, and 5 shared wellness check-ins per rolling 24 hours. SOS is included, subject to plan limits.
Choose Premium for a larger Care Circle and more contact follow-up: up to 25 alarms with safety backup, 25 reminders with safety backup, and 25 contacts. Premium also adds tiered SOS escalation, higher SOS limits, unlimited check-in history, and shared wellness check-ins without a daily cap. Both plans allow up to 3 shared check-ins per 30 minutes.
WellAlert supports iOS 17 or later. Alarm features require iOS 26 or later on a supported iPhone.
WellAlert alerts your chosen contacts. It is not a medical device and does not contact emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call your local emergency number first.
