Posturely: Posture Reminder turns your iPhone into a private desk posture coach. Position it near your monitor, complete a quick calibration, and receive a gentle nudge only when posture drift persists—not for every small movement.
Why Posturely?
Long desk sessions make it easy to lean, slouch, or lose alignment without noticing. Constant reminders quickly become annoying. Posturely learns your natural seated baseline and focuses on persistent changes, helping you build awareness without interrupting your flow.
What you can do
Live posture monitoring
• Use the front camera to monitor head position, shoulder balance, torso alignment, and centering.
• Calibrate to your natural sitting position instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all pose.
• Place your iPhone above or below your monitor and select the matching setup.
• See a live alignment score and clear posture signals during each session.
Smart, customizable nudges
• Receive visual, haptic, or sound feedback when posture drift continues.
• Adjust sensitivity, persistence time, cooldown, sound, and haptic strength.
• Keep small natural movements from triggering unnecessary reminders.
• Enable optional time-based reminders for periods when your iPhone is locked.
Private by design
• Posture analysis runs on your iPhone.
• Camera frames are never saved to your photo library or uploaded by Posturely.
• Use Private View to replace the camera preview with a simple posture silhouette.
• Blackout mode keeps live monitoring active while making the screen almost black.
Insights that make progress visible
• Review weekly alignment scores, desk time, and posture debt.
• See session length, nudge frequency, and when posture usually begins to drift.
• Track daily progress and recent trends in a simple, modern dashboard.
• Keep compact session history on your device and delete it whenever you choose.
Stay motivated
• Earn XP across 50 levels as you complete focused desk sessions.
• Build a daily streak with at least 10 minutes of monitored desk time.
• Follow an achievement path for milestones such as quiet sessions, strong alignment, consistency, and total desk time.
• Work toward a 30-minute daily goal and see your next milestone at a glance.
How it works
1. Place your iPhone above or below your monitor with your head and shoulders visible.
2. Choose the matching camera position and calibrate your natural baseline.
3. Start a desk session and work normally.
4. Review your score, insights, streak, levels, and achievements.
Who it’s for
Posturely is designed for office workers, remote workers, students, creators, developers, and anyone who spends long periods at a desk and wants to build more mindful desk habits.
