Price a job, record the work and prepare a clear invoice when it is done. CREATE A CLEAR INVOICE Add your customer, services, quantities and rates. Set dates, tax and discounts. Choose Classic, Modern or Compact, or a layout for consulting, trades and repairs, cleaning, landscaping or creative work. Preview the document before sharing it. Add your business logo and your own signature for a personal finish. TRACK HOURS. LOG DAYS. Start, pause and stop a timer, or enter time manually. Record start and end times with unpaid breaks, or log workdays individually or across a date range. Choose weekdays only or the full week. Link work to a customer and project, then turn unbilled entries into an invoice. Include a dated timesheet in the invoice PDF or export it separately. See which entries have already been billed. FOLLOW THE JOB THROUGH Move from an estimate to a work order, invoice and payment receipt. Keep customer details and service rates ready to reuse. Find drafts, unpaid invoices and other document statuses without digging through separate files. Sent and finalized documents stay read-only; duplicate them as a draft to make changes. Eligible businesses can connect Stripe to let customers pay online. Stripe availability and processing fees apply. An internet connection is required for account sync and online actions. The app interface is currently in English. START FREE. USE SOLO FOR ONGOING WORK. Create an account to save up to three documents and download PDFs. Fielduro Solo adds unlimited saved documents, reusable customers and services, business branding, document delivery, workflow conversions and payment tracking. Some features described above require Solo. Fielduro Solo is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The weekly plan has no free trial. Prices and terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation or when the yearly trial ends.
