HOW IT WORKS
Create your account, connect your device and get your first adaptive plan. TrainGO estimates your FTP on day one from your level and recalibrates it automatically as you train.
HUMAN COACH + INTELLIGENCE
Choose your coach among trainers with real podium history. Coach DNA captures your trainer's methodology and applies it to every week, with them close by and available 24 hours. Missed a workout? The week rebuilds itself automatically within the coach's methodology.
YOUR WORKOUT ON YOUR DEVICE
Import FIT, TCX and GPX activities and use the integrations available in the app. Connection availability and features depend on your device and authorization from the respective service.
EVOLUTION CHARTS
Overview, power curve with 5s-60min peaks, training load (PMC), durability, benchmark, power and HR zones, running and recovery. The same professional suite for athlete and coach.
RACES AND GOALS
From registration to the finish line: full preparation protocol, taper, equipment checklist and race mindset so you peak on the right day.
PLANS
Treino (free): calendar, manual logging, FIT/TCX/GPX import, zones, connected devices, block-based workout builder and community.
Coach: automatic week by the House Coach, races, mindset, trophies, Performance Coach and Athlete DNA.
Coach+: everything in Coach, human coach marketplace, voice and intelligence workout creation, data-aware chat.
Competidor: everything in Coach+, advanced charts, smart workout analysis, week readaptation, power curve, PMC, race management with taper, mindset audios, bulk history import and priority support.
Subscriptions are optional, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you are charged the price and billing period confirmed in the App Store unless you cancel. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple account subscription settings before the next charge. Local prices and applicable terms are displayed before confirming your purchase.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your health data is used exclusively to show your calendar, training load and readiness. Connected device data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
