BreatheToRelax is a wellness app for guided breathing practice. It helps you slow down and breathe at a comfortable, steady pace.
Choose a breathing exercise and follow the visual rhythm as it guides you through each breath. Use one of the built-in exercises, including Resonance Breathing, Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, Triangle Breathing and the Physiological Sigh, or create a pattern of your own.
You can change the colors and sounds to create an atmosphere that works for you, with optional breathing sounds and background meditation audio.
Your breathing sessions are recorded on your device, so you can see how often you practice, how much time you spend breathing, and how your practice develops over time.
