Pacientitos keeps a clear, chronological photographic record for every patient in your practice. Each visit is captured as a photo set: four guided shots — front, back, right and left — framed the same way every time, so images taken weeks or months apart line up and are genuinely comparable. CAPTURE A body-guide overlay appears on screen while you shoot. Drag any of its four edges to frame the subject, and the photo is cropped to exactly what you framed — there's no editing step afterwards. ORGANIZE Patients are listed by most recent activity, with their last visit and set count at a glance. Search by name to jump straight to a record. Every set is filed under its date, with all four sides labelled. YOUR DATA, ON YOUR ICLOUD Everything is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud account. There is no server in between, no account to create, and no analytics. Records appear on your iPhone and iPad automatically. SPACE THAT MANAGES ITSELF Full-size images are kept in your iCloud and quietly cleared from local storage once they've gone untouched for a while — they come back the moment you open or share them. Thumbnails always stay on the device, so browsing is instant. You can also free up space manually at any time. SHARING Share any set as standard JPEG files, named by patient and date, through the normal iOS share sheet. Pacientitos is a record-keeping tool for clinicians.
