BRAKR: Quit Gambling

Block Apps & Track Days

iPhone

Private iPhone tools to block sportsbook and casino apps, log urges, and keep an honest streak. 3-day trial if eligible. Not treatment or a cure. Annual plan available. If you want to quit gambling, the hard part is usually the next tap. BRAKR puts Apple Screen Time in front of sportsbook and casino apps you choose, then keeps an honest recovery record. When an urge shows up, you can log it before you act. Check in once a day if you can. Miss a day and nothing breaks — a gap in the record is not a relapse. Only a slip you choose to record changes your run. What it actually does • Makes the automatic route into a sportsbook, casino, poker, or betting app a little less automatic • Keeps a gambling-free streak that does not punish a skipped check-in • Shows money you did not lose, using the number you entered — not a bank feed • Holds onto the reason you wanted this to stop How it works 1. Name what you gamble on — sports betting, casino, poker, slots, lottery, daily fantasy, sweepstakes casinos, or something else — and why you want it to stop. 2. Turn on Apple Screen Time protection for the apps and websites you pick. Nothing turns on without your permission. 3. Come back each day. Check in, ride out an urge, keep going. No app can block every gambling destination, and BRAKR will not pretend otherwise. Protection stays on your device. This is a self-guided support tool, not medical care, treatment, or emergency help. If you need to talk to someone now, reach a qualified gambling-support or crisis service. Start with a 3-day free trial if you are eligible. BRAKR 1.1 brings a smoother start, clearer protection health checks, more reliable reminders, and a more responsive paywall. We also improved recovery tracking and app reliability behind the scenes.
