Voice Notes - Transcribe Text

Private Recorder, No Upload

$0.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Record a meeting, get the text. Nothing uploaded, no monthly fee, works with no signal. Voice Notes records what you say and writes it down, without sending your audio anywhere. Buy it once. No ads, no subscription, no account. Ever. WHY THIS COSTS LESS THAN ONE MONTH ELSEWHERE Transcription apps charge 10 to 30 a month because they send your audio to a server and pay for the processing. This app uses the speech recognition already built into your iPhone. There is no server, so there is nothing to pay for every month. RECORD AND READ • Tap once to record, tap again to stop • A transcript is written automatically when you finish • Punctuation included • The first line becomes the note title, so your list stays readable FOR THE THINGS YOU ACTUALLY RECORD • Meetings and their action points • Lectures you want to read back later • Interviews • Ideas you would otherwise forget • Reminders and lists, spoken faster than typed FIND IT AGAIN • Search inside the transcripts, not just the titles • Pin the notes that matter • Tag by meeting, idea, lecture, interview, to-do or personal • Copy or share any transcript as text BUILT FOR SENSITIVE WORK • Audio is transcribed on your device, using on-device speech recognition • Nothing is uploaded. There is no server and no account. • No data collected, no tracking, no analytics • Works with no connection at all • Full dark mode, VoiceOver and Dynamic Type • iPhone and iPad If you record client calls, patient notes or anything confidential, this matters: the audio never leaves your device.
