EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a simple self-help method: while you name what's bothering you, you tap gently with your fingertips on nine acupressure points. Eftly guides every step — the voice tells you what to say and where to tap, the animated figure shows the point, and soft haptics mark the rhythm. You just tap along.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up, no ads. Your session history stays on your iPhone. The app only sends anonymous usage statistics — and you can switch even that off in Settings.
FREE, AND PLUS
Five sessions are free forever: both SOS sessions plus one each for anxiety, sleep and stress. Eftly Plus unlocks all 15 sessions in all five languages: € 39.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or € 8.99 a month (prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your account settings.
