BookMyTrainer is the simplest way to run any kind of training or teaching, and the easiest way for clients to stay on top of it.
FOR TRAINERS, COACHES AND TEACHERS
- Add clients and set up activities: personal training, strength, HIIT, boxing, yoga, pilates, swimming, football, or lessons such as robotics, coding, music, languages, art and tutoring.
- Sell session packages, log sessions in a tap and track who owes what.
- Send a goals quiz on WhatsApp. Each quiz is specific to the activity, and the answers become an AI-built plan with options for different equipment, so you can pick what your facility has. Share the plan with the client when you are happy with it.
- See each client's wellbeing at a glance: height, weight and BMI, a weight trend, and their daily check-ins. Anything physical they mention (soreness, pain, bloating) is flagged and pushed to you straight away.
- Message clients, approve bookings, and get paid, all from your phone.

- Join your trainer with one link and see your plan, sessions left and balance.
- One login can cover the whole family, with a clear choice of who you are logging for.

BookMyTrainer is used by personal trainers, sports coaches and teachers. Sign in with Google or email. Trainers and teachers join with an invite code during our private beta.
