Carelyst is the mobile app for home care agencies that run on the Carelyst platform. If your agency uses Carelyst, this app is your workday in your pocket. Your agency creates your account; there is no public signup here.

See your schedule with today highlighted, get push notifications when you are assigned, taken off a shift, or messaged, and keep a banner in sight while you are clocked in.
CLOCK IN WITH PROOF
Clock in and out right from the door. Your location is captured at that moment only, never tracked in the background. If your agency uses NFC home tags, a tap at the client's door is the strongest proof there is. If a tag will not read, you can still clock in with a quick reason and the office reviews it later.
OPEN SHIFT OFFERS
When the office broadcasts an open shift, it lands on your phone. First to accept wins, and everyone else's offer withdraws itself.
KNOW THE CARE
Every visit carries its care task checklist from the client's care plan, wellness questions, and space for your visit notes.
YOUR DOCUMENTS
Your credentials with expiry status, renewal state at a glance, and downloads that work inside the app, plus any files the office has shared with you. When something is due, send the renewed document from your phone, a photo or a PDF, and you are told when the office approves it.
CHAT WITH THE OFFICE
Secure messaging with your agency, photos included. No personal phone numbers, no group chat noise, just you and the office.
FOR FAMILY MEMBERS
Family logins see the care schedule, who is coming with a name and photo, and what care was delivered: times, checklist outcomes, and caregiver notes. Need a visit changed? Ask from the visit itself, different times, a cancellation, or a longer visit while the caregiver is there; the office confirms and the answer shows under the visit. Family members the agency sets as billing contacts can view and download the invoices the agency sends them. Notifications when a visit's times change or it is cancelled. When care is paused, you see it marked paused with an explanation.
SIGN IN YOUR WAY
Google, Apple, or a password. Your agency controls access; when a login is revoked it is revoked everywhere, notifications included.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Every agency runs on its own private database on its own web address. Location is captured only at clock-in and clock-out. Care records are never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI.
