College Football Management

Take over an FCS program, recruit talent, manage NIL, build your staff, survive the locker room, and earn your way to college football’s biggest FBS jobs. Build a program. Manage the people. Live with the consequences. Program Builder is a deep college football management simulation focused on recruiting, roster construction, staff decisions, player personalities, scouting, NIL, and the climb through the coaching profession. Start at an FCS school with limited resources and something to prove. Win, build your reputation, and larger programs may call. Succeed there, and Power Four opportunities may follow. BUILD YOUR ROSTER Recruit high school prospects, JUCO players, transfers, and experienced players trying to revive stalled careers. Every player is more than an overall rating. Talent, potential, work ethic, coachability, ego, loyalty, role expectations, volatility, and NIL demands can make a player a cornerstone or a headache. Your evaluations are not always correct. RECRUIT UNDER PRESSURE Spend limited recruiting resources wisely. Track interest, scholarship offers, competing programs, scouting confidence, position needs, and closing urgency. Some prospects become stars. Others never become what your staff expected. MANAGE NIL Your NIL resources are finite. Decide who deserves support, which recruits are worth pursuing, and whether keeping one unhappy player is worth the cost. KEEP YOUR WORD Program Builder remembers what you tell players. Promise a starting job, meaningful snaps, or NIL help, and the player will expect you to deliver. Keep your promises and build trust. Break them and deal with the consequences. BUILD AND KEEP A STAFF Manage coordinators and assistants with their own ratings, recruiting ability, development skill, ambition, loyalty, and preferred systems. Strong assistants can transform a program. They can also get poached. CHOOSE YOUR SYSTEM Set offensive and defensive schemes, build depth charts, manage redshirts, and decide whether talent or scheme fit should determine who plays. Changing systems may help your roster — or create short-term growing pains. SCOUT YOUR OPPONENT Spend limited film time studying scheme, personnel, tendencies, and situational behavior. Scouting is intentionally imperfect. Your staff may be right, partly right, or confidently wrong. Build your game plan from what you think you know, then find out on Saturday how accurate that information was. SURVIVE THE LOCKER ROOM Freshmen may be cocky and unproven. JUCO players may be eager to prove themselves. Transfers may expect immediate roles. Former pro hopefuls may arrive with talent, experience, and enormous egos. Veterans resent being replaced. Backups demand opportunities. Families call. Players transfer. Teammates take sides. Managing the room can matter as much as managing the depth chart. DEAL WITH THE REST OF THE JOB Handle media obligations, booster pressure, staff turnover, discipline, academics, injuries, recruiting misses, transfer decisions, and job security. There is rarely one perfect answer. CLIMB THE COACHING LADDER Start in the FCS ranks. Build a résumé. Earn better opportunities. Move into a Group of Six job. Succeed there and Power Four programs may notice. Or struggle, get fired, and rebuild your career somewhere else. THREE CAREERS. NO REWINDING. Program Builder includes three separate career slots, each with one continuously autosaved timeline. No manual checkpoints. No rollback saves. No save-scumming. Your decisions stand. FOOTBALL WITHOUT OMNISCIENCE The game separates what is true from what your staff believes is true. Player evaluations, scouting reports, potential, personality reads, and even Auto-Select recommendations are based on incomplete information. The obvious choice is not always the correct one. A COMPLETE PREMIUM GAME No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. No premium currency. No pay-to-win mechanics. Buy the game once and play the full experience. Build the roster. Manage the room. Win enough Saturdays to get the next job.
