Free everyday tracking, no account, works offline. See how close today is to your protein and fiber goals, get portion ideas to close the gap, add the widget. Two nutrients most of us miss. One simple tracker. Most people fall short on fiber, and many older adults fall short on protein. Spoonlet tracks just these two, with the portions you already use: a cup of lentils, a pot of yogurt, a slice of bread. No calorie counting, no account, no cloud. WHY PROTEIN AND FIBER Only about 5% of US adults reach the fiber reference intake, and average intake is around 15 to 17 g a day against a reference of 25 to 38 g. Higher fiber intake is associated with lower rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer in large reviews. Up to 46% of adults over 70 do not meet the protein reference intake, and protein supports muscle at every age. Spoonlet shows both nutrients side by side so the gap is easy to see and easy to close. GOALS FROM PUBLISHED REFERENCES Set your own daily goals, or let Spoonlet suggest them from cited references: protein from your body weight (0.8, 1.2 or 1.6 g per kg) and fiber from EFSA, WHO or US adequate intakes. Every suggestion shows its source. Your weight is used only for the calculation and never stored. BUILD A MEAL, A FEW TAPS AT A TIME Search more than 13,000 offline food records, with everyday choices first. Add lentils by the cup, yogurt by the pot, or any food by weight in grams or ounces. See protein and fiber for the whole meal as you build it. MAKE NEXT TIME EASIER Recent foods remember your last amounts. Save favorite meals, repeat them in half, one or one-and-a-half servings, and divide batch recipes into portions. COPY YOUR OWN LABEL Enter protein and fiber from a packet per serving or per 100 g. A value that is not on the label stays unknown; it is never silently turned into zero. YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE See what you recorded each day against your goals, correct a meal without duplicating it, and keep every entry on your phone. GENEROUSLY FREE Everyday logging, food search, label foods, favorite meals, batch portions, diary history, weekly summaries, export and restore are free. Your first eligible detailed weekly review is free to keep. OPTIONAL SPOONLET PLUS Plus is built around the two nutrients. Close the gap: a menu of familiar portions that would finish today's protein or fiber, each one tap from a new meal. See what carries your week: the top foods and meals behind each number, goal streaks, and 30, 90 and 365-day trends. Share a PDF review with a coach or doctor. Meal folders, tags and covers plus extra themes are included. Choose an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock; prices are shown by your store in your local currency. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account. YOUR DIARY STAYS IN YOUR HANDS Food logging works offline. Spoonlet does not upload your diary and excludes it from automatic device backups. Export a backup before changing phones. Purchases use your app store and RevenueCat; your meal contents are not sent to RevenueCat. Food values and household portions are estimates based on their stated sources or your own labels. Associations reported in nutrition research are not proof of cause. Spoonlet records food and provides general information; it does not diagnose, treat or give individualized dietary advice.
