THE QUIZ
Twenty questions about your body, digestion, skin and hair, sleep, energy, temperament, and stress. You get percentages for vata, pitta, and kapha, and a result that is single, dual, or tridoshic depending on how your scores land. No forced "pick one" screen.
YOUR DOSHA PROFILE
What your type tends toward when it is in balance and when it is out of balance, with specific tips for food, routine, and rest.
SEASONAL GUIDANCE
What to adjust as the season turns, because the same body needs different food and rest in summer than it does in winter.
SCAN A MENU
Photograph a menu at a restaurant, or choose a photo or screenshot of one from your library, including a menu from a restaurant's website or a food delivery app. Anvi reads it, recommends two or three dishes that suit your dosha and says why, points out what to skip, and tells you what to ask for when you order, such as no cream or a milder version. The answer is saved to your chat so you can ask a follow-up. Free accounts get 10 scans in their first 30 days, then 3 every 30 days.
CHAT WITH ANVI
Ask about food, sleep, digestion, stress, and daily routine, and get answers in plain language that account for the dosha result you got. Anvi remembers your conversation, your wellness goals, and your dietary needs.
ANVI PLUS
Free accounts get 5 messages with Anvi a day. Anvi Plus raises that to 15 a day and makes menu scans unlimited.
$9.99 per month, or $79.99 per year with a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

Anvi draws on Ayurveda, a traditional system of health and medicine from India. It is for general wellness. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. Menu suggestions are general guidance, not a check for allergens or ingredients; ask your server about anything you need to avoid.
