Photo Converter turns HEIC to JPG when a website won't accept your iPhone photos. Use this image converter to prepare pictures for forms, listings or sharing, with new files saved separately from your originals. A HEIC converter for everyday sharing Choose a photo from Photos or Files and pick the format your next app needs. Convert HEIC to JPG for a JPEG-only upload, or HEIC to PNG when you need a PNG copy. The HEIC converter also reads HEIF files, so you don't have to change your camera settings to work with photos you've already taken. When a site rejects a PNG picture, switch PNG to JPG before uploading it. The built-in JPG converter also works in the other direction: JPG to PNG creates a PNG copy for another app. It does not remove the background or recover detail lost in the original. Pictures downloaded from the web Use the WebP converter for still images saved from websites. Choose WebP to JPG for a form or listing, or WebP to PNG to keep transparency that is already in the picture. You can also create new HEIC or WebP files from supported images; WebP offers lossy and lossless options. The app reads JPG/JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF and still WebP images. Animated files aren't supported. Conversion changes the file itself, not just its extension, and each finished result is checked before it is marked successful. One picture or several at once Need a batch image converter for a set of product photos? Select the pictures in order, choose the output format once and follow each file's progress. For example, change a whole selection from PNG to JPG rather than repeating the same steps for every picture. You can pause or cancel the job; a failed image does not stop the rest of the batch. Keep control of the result Adjust quality for JPEG, HEIC and lossy WebP. PNG and WebP can retain existing transparency. For JPG or HEIC, choose a white or black background instead. Source metadata, including GPS information, is removed by default. Turn off this setting to keep metadata supported by the destination format; not every field can be preserved. Image orientation is handled during conversion so the picture stays the right way up. Save JPG, PNG and HEIC results to Photos, export to a folder in Files, or share with another app. WebP results use Files or the share sheet, not Photos. Converted images also remain in the app's history. Local conversion, clear limits Photo Converter processes images on your iPhone or iPad without uploading them to our servers. Conversion works offline; ads, purchases and optional analytics may use the internet. All formats are included for free, with up to 5 images per batch. The free version may show ads. A one-time Pro purchase removes ads and raises the limit to 100 images per batch. There is no subscription. The App Store shows the price before you confirm the purchase.
