MediNote distinguishes the source conversation from AI-organized information and suggestions, so you can review everything before saving. Always inform everyone involved and obtain their consent before recording. KEEP RECORDS BY SPECIALTY Organize visit notes, questions, tests, and preparation items by hospital and medical specialty. Before your next appointment, review a concise summary of your previous records. PREPARE QUESTIONS Capture questions as they come to mind. AI can suggest which specialty to ask and propose questions based on your existing records. MANAGE PRESCRIPTIONS AND REMINDERS Scan a prescription to extract medication details, review them, and save them. See medications from different providers together by time and receive reminders. You can also review tests that may overlap across records from different providers. TODAY VIEW AND WIDGETS See your next appointment, today's medications, and upcoming tasks in one place. Check the next visit and mark medications as taken from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. APPLE WATCH AND SIRI On a paired Apple Watch, mark today's medications as taken and capture questions by voice. Ask Siri or use Shortcuts to check your next appointment and remaining medications for today. PRIVACY No account is required. Records are stored on your device and in your private iCloud account, then synced across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Temporary recordings on your device are deleted after processing. AI provider processing and retention follow the separate policies described in our Privacy Policy. Audio, photos, and text needed for AI features are sent through MediNote's relay server to Google Gemini. They are not used for advertising or tracking. VISIT SUMMARY PASSES AI visit summaries use passes, and a pass is deducted only after a summary succeeds. Viewing records, preparing questions, medication reminders, widgets, and Apple Watch features do not require passes. MediNote's AI helps organize records. It does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, or change prescriptions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about treatment or medication.
