BrinkBoard
AI that tracks your hand-offs
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
"I can't live without this now. No more constantly following up on tasks I gave people, and no one hitting me up about tasks they gave me. It's all automatic." — LP
AI that tracks what you handed off. One task, two lists: hand something off and it lands on their list and yours. When they move it, you see it. No asking, no chasing.
1 TASK. 2 LISTS.
• Give a task to a coworker, your partner or your kids. It shows up for them and stays on yours.
• See when they start it, add a note or finish it.
• "Needs you" shows what's waiting on you and what went quiet.
THEY DON'T NEED THE APP
• Send a task by text or email to anyone. They get one link and tap Working or Done.
• No account, no download for them.
• Pick people straight from your contacts.
AI THAT SAVES YOU THE TYPING
• Paste meeting notes: Brink writes the tasks, who and by when.
• Ask Brink: "What's due Friday?" "What is Sam waiting on?"
• Write my review: your finished work becomes a review you can edit.
• Prep 1:1 for leads, framed by your company's values.
• Gone quiet: Brink drafts a friendly check-in. You tap Send.
• Plan it with me: describe an event, get the checklist and a group.
• Translate: everyone reads tasks and updates in their own language.
JUST SAY IT
• "Hey Siri, add to Brink," then talk: "Dana sends the deck by Friday."
• Ask out loud: "What does Dana have?"
GROUPS, FAMILY AND KIDS
• Group boards with chat on each task, and a one-tap summary for leaders.
• Kids get a simple Done page with an on-time stamp card. You pay allowance your way.
• On iPhone Duo, open it up: your list on the left, the task on the right.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads. No tracking. We never sell your data.
• A task is visible only to the people on it.
• Download your data or delete your account any time.
Free to start, no card. New accounts get Pro free for 60 days. Brink Pro adds the AI extras (Ask Brink, Write my review, Prep 1:1, My week, Plan it, Translate and more) for $1.99. It's a one-month purchase that never renews on its own.
