$5 Fee plus Processing Fee

Be prepared to pay a $5 fee for the "convenience" of using the app or the website. This fee is in addition to the processing fee already added to your bill and is charged every time you make a payment. It is far more economical to pay your service provider directly.

Convenience fee is outrageous

It’s 2020, how can you ethically charge your customers a $5 convenience fee for paying online? First off, I don’t even own a check book - everything is online (square, cashapp, PayPal,Venmo). Second, this “convenience fee” has to be more convenient for your business too (less paper, faster cash flows, better data, etc). Third, the fee is outrageously high. My average bill is around $65 (a single one bedroom apartment). The $5 convenience equates to a 7.6% processing fee. I understand you have to cover processing fees on your side, but get with the picture. A $5 fee isn’t fair unless my bill is $200/month. Either you are getting ripped off by a cc processing company, or you are ripping off your customers. If you charge your customers anything, a processing percentage makes more sense. (Ex: Square offers a 2.7% processing fee and that is high compared to industry standard)

Doesn’t work since update

The app will not allow me to login after it was updated a month ago. I’ve tried using my iPad and my iPhone. I’ve entered my information numerous times. It simply doesn’t work anymore.
I had used this app without problems for years until now.
