You pay a fee for the service then they want another fee for payment. I use my bank to send a check through the bill payment system.

But I'm here to talk about the app. It just doesn't work lol.

Two sliders to save email and pw work but nothing else does so you can't log into it.

Convenience fee is outrageous

It’s 2020, how can you ethically charge your customers a $5 convenience fee for paying online? First off, I don’t even own a check book - everything is online (square, cashapp, PayPal,Venmo). Second, this “convenience fee” has to be more convenient for your business too (less paper, faster cash flows, better data, etc). Third, the fee is outrageously high. My average bill is around $65 (a single one bedroom apartment). The $5 convenience equates to a 7.6% processing fee. I understand you have to cover processing fees on your side, but get with the picture. A $5 fee isn’t fair unless my bill is $200/month. Either you are getting ripped off by a cc processing company, or you are ripping off your customers. If you charge your customers anything, a processing percentage makes more sense. (Ex: Square offers a 2.7% processing fee and that is high compared to industry standard)

Incompetent Company incompetent app

I have never seen such an incompetent and unprofessional company. They seem to be stuck in the 90s and they’re supposed mission statement on the website is a complete joke given the outrageous fees that they charge. I couldn’t even log onto the app. Still trying to figure out how to pay my bill.
