What's new in 1.1 • The reference follows your latest shot A subject that keeps changing, like a building going up, drifts away from its first photo, but the difference to the previous shot stays small, so the auto guide keeps working. Prefer one fixed photo? Pick it with "Use as Reference" in the timeline. • Start from a photo you already have Import an old photo as the reference. It comes in through the photo picker, so no access to your whole library is needed. It keeps its date and place, is cropped to the camera's frame, and if it was taken with a longer lens, the camera zooms to match. • Pinch to zoom for the reference shot Zoom from 1× to 5× while taking the first shot. Every later shot uses the same zoom automatically. • Map view See your subjects on a map. A subject gets its place from its first shot when location is already allowed, and you can change it any time in its settings. • Location reminder status The subject's settings now show whether iOS is watching the place, and why the last arrival did or didn't notify you. This version uses Apple Maps. There is still no server: your photos and places are never sent to us or anyone else.
