You want to start stretching but don't know where to begin. Elasta answers that for you: a short quiz gets to know you, asks where you are today and builds your first week. A few minutes a day, with Hande Ceren.
A start that fits you
Tell us your goals, your tightest areas and how many minutes you have. Then a simple test: folding forward with straight knees, where do your hands reach? Your answers set a 30-day goal, such as your shins today and your ankles by day 30. It's an estimate; every body opens up at its own pace.
One routine a day
When you open the app, today's routine is ready. No planning, no choosing. Just tap Start. Your reminder arrives at the time you pick.
Follow along
Hande Ceren shows each move on video and the timer keeps time. On two-sided moves, voice guidance tells you when to switch. The screen stays on. If a hold feels too long or too short, add or remove 5 seconds.
It remembers your sensitive joints
If your knees, lower back, neck or wrists need care, say so once. Moves that load that joint are flagged, and for most you can swap to a gentler option with one tap.
Coach: write one sentence
Type "I sat all day, my back and hips are tight, I have 10 minutes." Coach builds a routine from the move library and takes your sensitive joints into account.
See your progress
Rhythm shows how many of the last four weeks' days you stretched. Your streak, total minutes, weekly goal and flexibility tests live here too. Miss a day and a make-up pass protects your streak.

On your iPhone
With your permission, finished stretches are saved to Apple Health as Flexibility workouts; Elasta never reads your health data. A Home Screen and Lock Screen widget shows your streak, today's stretch and your week.
No account
Elasta never asks you to sign up or set a password. Your profile and history stay on your phone. If you'd like news from Hande, leave your contact details, or skip it. What you type to Coach is sent to our server only with your permission, and only to build your routine.
Elasta Plus
Take the quiz and see your personal plan for free. Routines, series and Coach need an Elasta Plus subscription, billed monthly or yearly and renewed automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
