Annoyed I have to make new login for the app. My saved shopping list doesn’t carry over. Great start.New app says $1 tofu at my local festival. Hurray. What a great deal. Come to store. They don’t have it. Not even shelf space for it. Ask employees, they dunknow.I find some butter on sale. Scan the UPC to see if there’s a digital coupon. App says my store doesn’t carry the product. FESTIVAL.. IT WAS YOUR HOUSE BRAND BUTTER.Don’t launch new apps if you don’t have the inventory databases ready.You should get one star for the current app release, but you get two only because the icon is my fav color of orange. 👎
Worthless app
Won’t allow login
Day of launch for the new app, I was logged in and when I went to use it in store I was logged out. Attempted to log in and the app will not allow it. Intentionally logged in with the wrong password and it said password was wrong. App still won’t allow me to login. Very indicative of their stores, always a barrier to get promotions.Edit: in my haste to review I failed to mention that I followed the instructions when downloading the app and created a new account. I had downloaded the new app, created a new account and logged in the day before going to the store. When I got to the store I was logged out of the app, could not access any clipped coupons nor features of the app. To date the app still does not allow me to log in and the development team does not appear to want to address the issue.

I have never wanted to rate an app but this one takes the cake. Congratulations festival foods - you deleted your old interface for somehow a much worse one! And managed to delete my account in the process. Despite having a home store and my location on, it directs my click and go 40 miles away! It is impossible to find the items I want. My previous purchase history? Gone! And there are no rewards! Literally what is the purpose of this horrific clunky interface! Why on earth did you do this! This is moronic :)

It is quite disappointing avid users of the previous app had to create a new account and our favorites for a shopping list did not carry over to the new app.I am not even seeing the new app has the option to save items to a favorites or frequently purchased.I cannot even log into the old app to see my original favorites to help me build back a list in this new one.Step backwards in my opinion.
This update contains a fix for users who were having issues with login. The update will require users to log back into the app. If you are a new user and haven't created a new account for the Festival Foods Rewards app, you will need to create a new account.
