The app crashes often. There is constant bizarre glitches showing up or other general bugs. Its very clear they paid the lowest amount to make this app and it feels as though it’s on life support since it’s creation. Upon signup it refuses to take a safe generated password without explaining why it wont work, so it requires a more generic less safe password. This entire app and company is by all means sketchy. I wouldn’t be surprised if I receive a “we’ve been compromised” email in the next few years.

Had to use to support local team. Sign up was godawful. Won’t use OS password manager.(Apple or Samsung) but WORST of all because it’s ALMOST time to renew (several months away) they won’t let me use ANY discounts. So I’m losing a third of the time I was told I had to use the stupid coupons. To even finish registering they require a freaking credit card!! No this app is far too sketchy.

How’s this for sketchy? As of the time of writing, the AppStore page claims 3.5 stars out of 4 reviews, except if you tap into the reviews to read them, they have WAYYY more than 4. Mostly 1 star too. Weird right?

I will no longer support my local HS sports/activities if they continue to use this garbage.

Our app does work with password managers so we'd love to see why it's not working for you. Regarding the renewals, this has been fixed in recent updates and should work MUCH better now. As far as adding a credit card, that is only needed to purchase eGift Cards. You can use all of the offers in our system without adding more information than you did during the initial sign-up. We're also working on some updates on this front to make ordering eGift Cards much easier.

Shuts down when selecting an address for a business and is not able to link to Maps or Google Maps.

This is indeed an issue we're working on. Google changed some protocols on us which is causing the selection of the business address to not hand off to the maps app on the phone. We're so sorry for the issue and we're working to address it quickly. Thank you for the feedback!
