Polako Scanner is the door-staff companion app for events published on the Polako Hedonist platform. Event controllers sign in with the account issued to them by the event organizer, pick the event they are working, and check guests in by scanning the QR code on the ticket. Every scan is validated against the platform in real time, so one ticket cannot be used twice. What you can do • See the events you have been assigned to, with a live count of guests still to arrive • Scan ticket QR codes with the device camera and get an instant accepted / rejected verdict • Find a guest by email when their phone is dead or the QR will not read • Undo an accidental check-in • Redeem gift certificates presented at the door • Work in Russian, Serbian or English Polako Scanner is a staff tool, not a way to buy tickets. An account is required and is issued by the event organizer. There is no offline mode — an internet connection is required for every check-in.
