GM runs the day-to-day of a business with staff on site: restaurants, cafés, retail, salons, gyms and clinics.
FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• Build and publish the week's schedule. Last week carries forward, so you start from what worked.
• See who is working right now, who is running late and who hasn't arrived.
• When someone calls off, GM ranks who can cover by availability and reliability, and you choose who to ask.
• Location check-in and check-out, so hours reflect who was actually there.
• Close out the day: review hours, approve corrections and sign off.
• Track expenses with a photo of the receipt.
• Food cost and labour cost alongside sales, when your point of sale is connected.
• Ask GM: owners can ask questions about their own business in plain language and get an answer from their own data.
• Alerts on your phone for the things that need you now.
FOR YOUR TEAM
• Shifts for the week, in one place, always up to date.
• Check in and out from the workplace with one tap.
• Accept or decline a request to cover a shift.
• Reminders before a shift starts.
GOOD TO KNOW
• GM is for businesses. Accounts are created by a business owner at higm.ai; team members are added by their manager.
• Location is used only when you check in or out. It is never tracked in the background.
• You can delete your account at any time from Owner → Settings.
