Run quotes, job orders, proofs, invoices and payments from your phone or tablet, with the same data your team sees on the web.
RastrAI is the mobile app for rastr.ai, the shop management system for print shops. Sign in with your rastr.ai account to run quotes, orders, production and payments from your phone or tablet, with the same data your team sees on the web.
QUOTES AND SALES ORDERS
- Create and edit quotes with your products and their pricing: per unit or per square inch, with optional quantity tiers
- Send a quote to your customer by email and follow it through approval
- Turn an approved quote into a sales order in one step
- Open any quote, sales order or invoice as a PDF
JOB ORDER BOARD
- See every job by production stage, as columns on an iPad or one stage at a time on an iPhone
- Filter by due date, proof status, customer, sales order, product or printer
- Move a job to the next stage, assign it, and add notes that mention teammates
- Send proofs to customers from your photos, files or camera, and see when they approve
INVOICES, RECEIPTS AND PAYMENTS
- Track invoices by status: unpaid, partially paid, paid and past due
- Record a payment with its method, reference number, a photo of the receipt and a signature
- Attach a payment screenshot and the app fills in the amount and reference number for you to check
- Look up receipts and void a payment when needed
DASHBOARD AND REPORTS
- Active jobs, orders past due and jobs finished today and this week
- Jobs flagged as at risk of missing their due date
- Sales trend, top products and sales by team member
- Sales reports for admins by date range: top customers, products, printers and account managers, with a PDF download
IMAGE PROCESSING
- Remove the background from customer artwork
- Upscale low resolution images
- Vectorize an image to a print ready PDF
- Create contour cut line artwork as a PDF
- Save or share the result
(Image Processing uses image credits, which depend on your shop's plan.)
ALSO IN THE APP
- Customers, products, user accounts and company settings
- Push notifications when a job is assigned to you, someone mentions you in a note, or a customer answers a proof or a quote
- Live updates, so the board changes as your team works
- Role based access for admins, managers and members
You need a rastr.ai account to use the app. The app can't create accounts or change your plan: new shops sign up at rastr.ai, and your account admin manages the plan on the web.
