Pick a photo: the subject is cut out, turned into a glossy die-cut magnet and stuck to your desktop. Flip it over to write a note.
Turn your photos into magnets that stick to your desktop.
Magnets finds the subject in a photo, removes the background and sticks it on your desktop like a real fridge magnet, with a white die-cut edge, plastic thickness, gloss and shadow.
FROM PHOTO TO MAGNET
• Pick a photo from the menu bar, paste one from the clipboard or drop it on the app icon.
• The subject is cut out automatically; if there isn't one, the photo becomes a rounded card magnet.
• Several objects in one photo? Each one becomes its own magnet.
WRITE A NOTE ON THE BACK
Double-click a magnet to flip it over and jot a short note on the back in handwriting: a shopping list, a reminder, a date. Notes fit inside the magnet's shape.
JUST LIKE A REAL MAGNET
• Grab a corner and drag: it turns around the point you hold and its weight follows behind.
• Grab the middle and it slides without turning.
• Fling it and it glides a little before it stops.
• Scroll to rotate, and make it bigger or smaller from the menu.
MAKE IT YOURS
• Turn the white edge on or off.
• Straighten, duplicate or remove a magnet.
• Magnets sit on the desktop behind your windows, or in front of everything if you prefer.
• Hide them all with one click.
Magnets lives in the menu bar. No Dock icon, no account. Your photos are processed on your Mac and never leave it.
Your screen is now a fridge door.
