Kingtocar is the app for booking a private van with a driver in Thailand: airport transfers, city-to-city trips, hourly charters and multi-day trips. See the price for the whole van before you book, pay online, then follow your trip in the same app on the day.
BOOK IN A FEW TAPS
• Airport pickups and drop-offs at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang and Phuket, and popular routes such as Bangkok – Pattaya, Hua Hin and Khao Yai
• One way or return, with the whole van for your group
• Hourly charters from 3 to 12 hours with the distance included: add the places you want to visit and the app shows roughly when you reach each one
• Multi-day trips of up to 14 days in one booking, with a route or an hourly charter for each day
• Arriving by plane? Choose your exit gate and add your flight number; our team follows the real landing time
ONE PRICE FOR THE WHOLE VAN
• One price per van, including the driver, fuel, tolls and parking
• Toyota Commuter VIP (9–13 seats, room for big bags) or Toyota Alphard (6–7 seats)
• Tell us how many people, suitcases, golf bags, strollers and child seats you have, and the app sizes the vans to your group
PAY ONLINE, CONFIRMED AT ONCE
• Card or PromptPay QR on Stripe's secure payment page; Kingtocar never sees your card number
• Pay a 50% deposit or the full amount; the rest of a deposit booking is paid in cash to the driver on the day
• Your trip appears on the Trip tab straight away, with a PDF confirmation and one tap to add it to your calendar
ON THE DAY
• Your driver's name, the van's plate number (and photos, when the van has them) and a 4-digit pickup code
• Watch your van come to you on the live map
• At the airport, tap "I'm at the pickup point" and send a photo of your exit gate; the driver drives up to where you stand
• Chat with your driver: messages are translated between your language and Thai
• Call your driver in the app over the internet, no phone number needed
• Share your location while you wait, only when you choose to
