ExFilter: filter your ex

Your digital breakup, your way

Free

After a breakup, a little bubble to breathe. Find photos of your ex, cover their face with a sticker, and back up memories outside your photo library. After a breakup, a little bubble to breathe. Still seeing your ex in every photo? ExFilter helps you find those memories and choose what to keep, set aside or change. FIND, CHECK, SORT Choose a photo of your ex. ExFilter looks for photos and videos featuring their face. Check the results, then select the memories you want to sort. Searching never deletes anything. SET YOUR MEMORIES ASIDE Gather your selection in an album or back it up outside your photo library, in Files or an encrypted vault. An album groups photos without hiding them. Keep your vault recovery key safe. KEEP THE PHOTO, COVER THEIR FACE Love that group photo? Add a kawaii sticker over their face, adjust its size and position, then save a new photo. Your original stays untouched. Stickers work on photos; a Live Photo is saved as a still copy. MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE You don’t have to delete everything today. Sort your memories and keep a copy. Deleting originals is a separate step, available after a complete external backup has been checked and you confirm. YOUR MEMORIES STAY PERSONAL Face matching runs on your iPhone or iPad, with no account to create. The app does not send facial signatures to a server. You choose which photos it can access and whether it can download media from iCloud. A LITTLE KINDNESS AS YOU MOVE FORWARD Kawaii characters and a welcoming interface, one step at a time. You don’t have to decide everything today. The search can suggest incorrect matches or miss faces, especially brief appearances in videos. Check the results and keep the app open while searching. Limited photo access limits results. Available in English, French, Spanish and German.
