I use this for work and the desktop version is great. The mobile app is very hard to navigate. It is very difficult to look at the schedules.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

Security
-Security Levels from Companion are now applied in the app to hide information that the user does not have access to.
-People search is also security aware, and will also properly apply “Limit to Managed” by security options.
-Added TouchID support for Identity logins. If Touch ID is enabled on your device, you will be asked if you would like to use Touch ID instead of typing your password for subsequent logins.
-Fixed a bug with not being able to access your Account Settings in specific environments.
Scheduling
-Improvements to Caregiver Suggestion to clearly show Available vs. Unavailable caregivers.
-Office Staff weren’t able to clock in to their schedules when they were in the system as both an Office Staff and Caregiver.
-New button on Caregiver schedule view to show clock-in information for troubleshooting (time and distance from schedule, timecard status).
-Can now also choose Office Staff as well as Caregivers for schedules.
-When choosing the authorization for a schedule, authorizations for all offices would be shown (where the Client existed in more than one office in the same database).
Other
-Added (read-only) demographic information to profile to show Birthdate, SSN, Health Number. Listens to “Show Birthdate/SSN” options on user security.
