Useful only for paying Telecom...

This app is great for tracking voice, text, and data usage. It will also very easily allow you to top-up. That's about it, though. Something else like an in-app "Telecom Wifi-Spot Locater" would be appreciated. This app should have move functionality than just paying for service and viewing usage...

I have four prepaid lines with Spark. For prepaid lines, the app is essential for topping up prepaid balances. However, for me at least, the app doesn’t work for this basic task. I’ve added lines and added multiple credit cards for payment - and still can’t top up. I’ve spent upwards of two hours in chat with Spark support and they can’t get it to work either.The app and system behind it are a great idea, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

I’ve added lines and added multiple credit cards for payment - and still can’t top up. Do NOT use this app. Several times now I have topped up my plan and my money just disappears with no new data or texts. App is difficult to use and it’s hard to find what you’re looking for.

Hi Bob57875347897432,I can understand how frustrating it would be with the plan not adding with the top up. If you're topping up close to your plan refresh day then the plan will add on automatically on your renewal date, as long as you have enough credit. If you're out of your plan allocations and topping up to add another value pack outside of the refresh period you will need to buy the value pack after the top up.
