This app is great for tracking voice, text, and data usage. It will also very easily allow you to top-up. That's about it, though. Something else like an in-app "Telecom Wifi-Spot Locater" would be appreciated. This app should have move functionality than just paying for service and viewing usage...
Does not work

I have four prepaid lines with Spark. For prepaid lines, the app is essential for topping up prepaid balances. However, for me at least, the app doesn’t work for this basic task. I’ve added lines and added multiple credit cards for payment - and still can’t top up. I’ve spent upwards of two hours in chat with Spark support and they can’t get it to work either.The app and system behind it are a great idea, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

Every thing I've tried to do with this provider I've had problems with. I can't add minutes and had problems making an account and have spent hours on hold and on the phone with no resolution.
