The Taxi Coop mobile application is the easiest and most efficient way to order a taxi in your city! Provided for free by the largest taxi company in Quebec, the application allows you to order a taxi in just a few taps.
The process is as simple as can be: launch the application and it immediately localizes your position. Confirm that the address identified is the correct one; if it isn’t, you are free to change it manually. Add notes if necessary, choose the method of payment and place your order. A cab will be assigned to you quickly and, in the meantime, you can track it making its way towards you on the mobile application’s map. Finally, a notification will be sent once the taxi is less than a mile from your location.

Used this app extensively for a week while vacationing in Quebec City. Usually had a car within 2 minutes while downtown. Can't call two cabs and can't see where cabs are until you order one. A couple of times someone else grabbed my cab. But indispensable. Uber often didn't even have cars on the road.
