Almost every time I want to eat Taziki’s and try to order from the app, I end up having to order from somewhere else instead, usually Chipotle who is open late and lets you place an order up until right before closing time. This terrible app is making you guys lose business. Today, I tried to place an order for curbside pickup TWO hours before closing and it was trying to tell me I could only place an order for tomorrow morning AND that the signature pasta was not available on that day. I wanted the order for tonight, and it’s Sunday so I know it is available. I ended up just calling the order in this time, but hate that I have to go in and pay when I’m already in my pajamas.

We LITERALLY eat at Taziki every single night with rare exceptions. I literally tried to place my order for 30min - it would seem to go thru Apple Pay, but immediately after a message pops up to tell me there is an “issue” with the transaction & no other info. Plenty of money in my bank account, def not the issue. So I kept trying to change the pick up time, eventually by as late as an hour ahead….same message. I eventually uninstalled/reinstalled the app, which of course, means my phone doesn’t recognize the login info. On top of that, I assumed the password info would be listed as “Taziki,” but no…..I finally figured out after having to reset & change all of that too, that it is listed in my phone passwords as something called “to go,” as that is the system name they send you to that resets the password. Now, how much sense does that make??? After ALL of that, and 25min later, I try one more time & it does the same thing. I was also trying to use my $10 off I’d DEFINITELY earned!! As others have said, I cannot imagine how much money you guys are losing - you’d be better off having no app at all instead of one that does nothing but infuriate your loyal customers & drive them to eat elsewhere!!

We order from Tazikis a lot. The Reorder option is convenient in theory, but if a price is changed, it won’t let you do it )l(meaning I have to manually add the exact same items to my order for my family, with all customizations, one by one). And what confused me even more is the inability to ADD products to a recent order. What a missed revenue opportunity! Tonight, for example, my wife wanted me to get some hummus in addition to our normal order, but the only way to do that was to ignore the reorder option and manually add everything else our family wants just to include hummus, of place a separate order for the hummus. When I told her what was involved, she said “forget it, I don’t need it that badly.” I can only imagine how much revenue is lost for Taziki's with hundreds or thousands of situations like these taking place weekly.

Based off of previous reviews I was skeptical about giving this app a try. Not sure if it’s regional or what, but my experience was on par with other food apps for the most part. Everything was laid out fairly straight forward and easy to find. The only minor gripe I had was having to reselect my pickup time to a later time frame. It seems like this could be easy to automate and make the experience a little faster and streamline. Apple Pay worked well and made paying a breeze. Overall I was pleased with my experience and will use it again.
