I downloaded the app because I just signed up for paperless billing. However, I detest checking email. I thought the app would allow me to view statements and hopefully member benefits. So far, I don’t see either. (I don’t use drive time basedon other reviews about it as well as our family’s so-so experience with 360. It lies, too. But of course, if a decent solution were added that didn’t lie, we would be interested.)

Stays logging me out. Enter password it’s incorrect try to reset it says can’t create a new account at this time get verified through customer service. Try to log in and it glitched and takes you right back to the log in screen. Facial recognition works but says “expired session log back in” and then it’s the whole process over again. So thankful it only ever Happens when I’m trying to lag the bill and not when I’m broke down on the side of the road.

My wife was in a terrible accident this morning and luckily she was unharmed. I tried to access the app and it just kept me in a login loop. Never loaded any info on policy. Went to the website to get access that way and same thing, login loop. Had to use google to find the phone number to call claims. I guess the app is great when you don’t need it.

Needs updating. Can’t update payment method, without first “pretending” to make a payment. Should send me an alert 24/7 notifying me ahead of time, an upcoming gap coverage so that gap in coverage can be fixed before the coverage lapse and without having to call one of the secretaries during business hours. Needs to be set up with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Should give the draft discount for setting up a draft with a debit card. Should be able to display PDF copies of all invoices and payment receipts. FB seems to proud themselves on how helpful it is to have their administrative assistance called you to work out issues, but it would be much easier if this could be handled at any time of the day through the app, rather than having to wait until business hours. Should notify you immediately if a payment does not go through.

You can now add your agent’s contact information to your phone’s contacts.
Mississippi users can now easily access their membership benefits and information provided by the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation from their membership dashboard, including Benefits, News, Contact County Office, Participate, Ag in the Classroom and Give.
In addition, we made a few bug fixes and improved the DriveDown feature.
