RollKall is a web and mobile tool where coordinators, agencies, and businesses can quickly connect with police officers seeking off-duty security work. RollKall makes it easy for officers to find secondary employment in their area and clock-in/out of shifts. Awesome but,

App is easy to use, I really like it. Two things I wish it had though are 1. Allow me to save a job to view later( like a bookmark) Sometimes I see a job that I could take, but am not sure if I want to at that time, and coming back to find it again is really difficult.2. Allow me to filter available jobs by much more. I would love to be able to filter by hourly pay, or by the company hiring for the position.

I love the accessibility this app offers in order to sign up for jobs however, I do not like that it take 3-7 business days for a check to clear which is a major complaint all the officers I know have. I prefer getting paid directly because I would go cash my check the same or next day and I would have my money instantly but now I have to wait for the company to approve the invoice plus the coordinator and then the process for Roll Call to pay me (the 3-7 business days) so basically two weeks or more to get paid when we work these extra jobs to take care of our bills and families. Something needs to be done to make the process quicker if not I would give it a good review.

Sleazy sales tactics

In their pitch for us to use their service they said that they only pinged cell towers for location, and that GPS was not used. If you do not have precise location on the app harasses you saying that you are not on location even though you are within the proper radius shown. Their support section even states that GPS is required. Sleazy sales tactics.You also can not search for jobs. You can only select limited filters and then scroll for days. If you have to leave your search for a moment, when you return you will again have to scroll for days to return to where you left off.I am highly suspicious that they are going around the country stirring up trouble and controversy to push agencies into using their service. Sleazy sales tactics.

User friendly scheduling software

We are a small agency that brings in a lot of officers from other departments for special events. The RollKall app software has made that not only easier, but helps both the officer and coordinator in managing the extra jobs. Officers can easily see what they are working, reminds them about the job, lets them know if anything has changed between the scheduling and actual time if the job, show them what is owed and what they were paid. Just so many good things this can do with off-duty police work.

This release adds a new in-app identity verification flow, fixes a navigation bar layout issue, corrects post timestamps on jobs, and includes performance and stability improvements.
