The company I work for uses Guusto to pay us bonuses, the app allows the company to send you money and you get to choose which gift card you would like to add the money to, Guysto has a variety of digital gift cards to choose from including a visa gift card! You don’t have to immediately convert the money into a gift card! You can let the money accumulate until you’re ready to use it!! I really love this app and I highly recommend companies to use it!! You could even use it for friends if you’re not sure what to get them!

They also give you all the money allotted to you, where as others take a monthly fee from you and then you can’t get any gift cards for that amount! Guusto has great and intuitive functionality (online and in app). It allows companies to send rewards for incentives, birthdays, anniversaries etc and you can redeem it for whatever you want! Solves the problem of swags you have no use for or people ops trying to send perishables to the employees house. Overall a great solution for the modern world!
