Low-carb eating without the table maze: «LowCarb» shows you what fits — and which meals actually taste great.
How many carbs are you actually eating today? «LowCarb» knows — in seconds.
Whether you fast intermittently, live low-carb, or simply want to keep an eye on your meals — «LowCarb» does the math, you make the call.
≡ ONE TAP IS ALL IT TAKES ≡
Tap on a food, and «LowCarb» shows you carbs, calories, and more — per serving or per 100 grams, however you prefer. Adjust the portion smoothly, no mental math. Save your usual quantities for quick recall.
≡ BUILD YOUR OWN MEALS ≡
Instead of counting each ingredient separately: combine several foods into a meal, and «LowCarb» calculates the total carbs inside. Breakfast, lunch, your next break-fast meal — you see exactly what it delivers.
≡ FILTERS THAT SEARCH FOR YOU ≡
With the nutrition filter, you find exactly what you need: low carbs, high protein density, low calories — you sort, the app finds. The database covers basics, brand-name products, and restaurant classics.
≡ MADE FOR EVERYDAY ≡
«LowCarb» runs offline, on iPhone and iPad. At the store, in the kitchen, at a restaurant, or when you break your fast — the app's there when you need it.
≡ INCLUDES ≡
• Carb and calorie values for thousands of foods
• Quick search, categories, sorting by nutrient
• Nutrition filter for targeted picks
• Meal builder with daily intake assessment
• Custom foods and portion sizes
• Fully VoiceOver-compatible
• Fully offline-capable
Needs a tracking section to mark what you've eaten that day and water intake and all that
I fell for it again.

None of these apps from this developer are worth a crap. They're misleading and inadequate. I'm on keto and would love to be able to key in a fresh farm raised or wild caught or killed product and get it's nutritional value , eg; (carbs and calorie) info. Truly misleading. Has very few choices. I'm disabled and trying to make healthier choices for my money . This app is not at all helpful and a waste of money. I have 4 of this guy's app. Don't ask ! I need a refund.
Duplicate of the bread units app
Gingerbrooke
Neither app can help a person prepare foods at home with carb advice. Since we do not patronize fast food restaurants, this is not of much help as both are the same. The description for both was misleading. Since I have purchased the book, life without bread, I had hoped this would be an extension of the information contained in the book. Very disappointing. I need a refund.
Diabetics need accurate carb counting number

This is not the app to provide what we need: more brand name products, more restaurants. I had hoped to find them in this app but was disappointed. It gets deleted after I finish this review.
Developer Response
Dear user, we're sorry to hear that you couldn't find the products you were looking for. It's been a while and we have massively expanded the food selection. We have also included a contact form inside the app (just go to "Settings") that lets you suggest new products and foods for us to include in the database. We strive to grow and expand in utility with what our users want us to include. We really hope this message reaches you and that you're ready to give it another try.Cheers, Jommi
- Carb, portion, and meal views have been structured more clearly for everyday use.
- Custom foods and meals are now more comfortable to edit.
- Filters, sorting, and search wording have been refined for Low-Carb routines.
