Still alot of improvements needed. Not bad app though, it ia just relatively lags behind especially about linking the sindbad account profile with the booking without needing to enter the details manually.

Slow and crashes, several times can’t check in online, now we have to pay for our bags it used to be advantage to fly Oman air for the direct flights and baggage allowance. I have to pay for my seat even in sitting at the back? Omanair should rebrand itself as a cheap airlines. Also I have to type in all my details to book a flight although I’m using my sindbad card. What’s the point if I have to type on allll my details? Oh yes and the food is not for human consumption if anyone else is wondering.
App keeps asking to pay for a ticket that has already been paid.

As an Emerald tier member, I expected a seamless experience with Oman Air. Unfortunately, the app repeatedly asked me to pay for a ticket already purchased and didn’t allow seat selection despite my status. To top it off, constant upgrade bids for an already pricey business ticket felt insulting. I hope Oman Air addresses these issues, as I expected more from their premium service.
Full of bugs that limit functionality

Unreasonably glitchy for an airline trying to compete with other major airlines. Constant error messages for basic things like checking in and often gets stuck on the loading message.
