It is not professional nor acceptable to inform your customer that my order and gift was not delivered after the due date because it was not available, even though my order was placed a week ago. Nevertheless, they did not even proposed an alternative or compensated me for the inconvenience and for putting me in this situation....... totally unacceptable and totally unreliable, don’t use it for your special occasion

UPDATE: changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. It seems that this company does please customers but their non managerial person talking to customers did not know how to do it. My mom received another bouquet today to make up for the delivery delay and other customer service complications. I appreciate the gesture but I’m sure it’s because they had a surplus of flowers after Mother’s Day occasion. I highly recommend getting dedicated and trained administration people to deal with the customer end of business. ———————————————I would have rated one star if I could but the bouquet looked really nice so this is a two star rating. They DID NOT deliver on the day I selected. I asked them to explain to me what’s wrong and they kept saying “sorry my dear” and using emojis to soften the blow. I was incredibly disappointed with their customer service through WhatsApp (I can’t call because I’m international). They took 3 hours to answer my initial texts, just for the delivery to NOT BE DONE. This bouquet was for Mother’s Day. All my aunts and friend’s moms got their bouquets except my mom. That’s so sad and I was really disappointed. When I asked for them to add value to the bouquet to compensate for their failure to delivery they told me they couldn’t. They just wanted to give me “20% off back to my wallet” whatever that meant. I don’t want money back, I wanted them to give a gift from them to make up for it and they didn’t. I will not be using this service again.

I strongly advise against ordering from this app. In my experience, they do not genuinely care about customer satisfaction, despite how they present themselves. They seem to work with very poor-quality vendors and often try to make customers appear dishonest by claiming things were said or requested when they were not.I have personally experienced repeated issues, including delivery delays of 2–3 days. Their customer service is extremely frustrating — instead of addressing concerns directly, they rely on generic, copy-paste responses that waste your time and do not solve the problem.Another recurring issue is that they claim the sender or recipient requested delivery time changes whenever something goes wrong on their end. In my case, this was completely untrue and felt like an attempt to cover their failure to deliver on time.To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, the flowers were nearly dry, as if they had been prepared days earlier for the original delivery date. This is especially disappointing considering their prices are higher than many competitors in the market.Unfortunately, this has not just happened to me. Several family members and friends have experienced similar problems with this service.I would honestly recommend buying flowers directly from a local shop or using a more reliable delivery service to avoid wasting your time and money.

Non professional customer service and you cannot count on delivering your order correct and on Time or even to be delivered at all..They ruined all the moments and happy occasion . First of all they did not deliver my order at the chosen time slot and they did not even bother to call until I called my self after delivery time has passed to ask about the order. I was told the type of my order that I had paid for is not available and cannot be delivered. After several calls and long waiting on a phone, they offered me cheaper replacement and not to be delivered at the same time with out compensation for their mistake. I have no choice but either accept cheaper offer or refund, and when I ask for refund I felt this is what they were pushing me for!!!!Totally unreliable for special occasion
