So when I first purchased the app for $100- bucks, I said it was worth it since I didn’t need to pay a monthly subscription price. Then I was forced to pay $100- bucks again because they updated the app and slightly changed the name from Personal Salon Assistant to Personal Salon Assistant +Plus. The app rarely gets updates. It has had severe crashes that go unfixed for way longer than they should. As when returning from being out of work for 3 months from Covid quarantine to return to work and not have the app working for over 2 months! No response or reply from owner saying it’s going to be fixed. Terrible customer service where u can’t contact anyone for help. Now my app gets an update and I can’t use it unless I start paying a subscription fee of $9.99 a month?!?! A subscription for what??? They do absolutely nothing new to update the app. It’s been the same for years. And crashes way to often without being fixed. Not worth it! This is just a scheme for the owner to make more money! It’s not going to help the app to work better or get any upgrades! Ridiculous! He should be reported to the better business bureau!👎

I have had to purchase this app two times spending $200 on an app that should’ve only cost me $100. App crashes twice a year in January and in June. Contact with the developer is no replies back.And now they decided that the $200 that I gave them for the app is not enough and now they want me to pay monthly. I can’t even get in this app to retrieve my clients information because now they are holding it hostage until I sign up for their monthly agreement. I have had this app with the exception of having to purchase it twice since 2011 and I have loved it. It fit my needs perfectly. Now I have a Bandan to this app and have moved my appointments to a new one. I’m very happy and it offers even more and better quality options that didn’t cost me a penny to download. Very disappointed. I did not wanna make this move. But you holding my clientele and my appointments hostage draws the line in the sand. Not a very good way to do business. all of us using this app and trying to run our salons would go out of business if we treated our clients like this. Such a shame.

I’ve been using PSA for many years. Every year it crashes. Last year i was advised spending another $99 to get the update. We are back to square one 2020.We all finally got back to work from Covid. Too bad with PSA crashing we don’t know who’s going to come in and when. We can’t prepare our inventory because we don’t know who’s going to be coming in when. There are hundreds of us out there having the same problem. Hundreds wasting time attempting to contact customer support. What shocking is the developer of PSA is a stylist himself. WOW 😤. If he had even a bit of goodness in his heart he would quit selling his app at least letting us know that our app is history. But no he keeps taking advantage of more people buying the app. I’m now looking into other salon software. The biggest problem is we don’t have our formulas that sometimes takes visits to perfect.

Calendar only shows month settings so scheduling is a guessing game! Loved the PSA when it worked but now it’s just an expensive waste of money! Besides the money lost on the app I’m loosing time and money in the salon with the messed up schedule and they don’t seem to be in any hurry to fix the problem! Now it only stays open for 10 seconds when contacted they said it was the new IOS update, well because this app has had so many problems I didn’t do the update and support had not thing to say about that!!! So frustrating keep your money... I want my money back!!! This is ridiculous!!! Now after not paying once but twice for this horrible app so $200 they now want to start charging $9.99 a month 😂😂what a joke I’d never hope for a real company to fail but I sincerely hope they go down before another person looses money (time, appointments extra) on this crap!!!!
