The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin application is a great resource for those who are staying at the Disney branded hotels as you can access information that will be helpful to decide how you plan your daily schedule. With the app you can look up theme parks information, transportation times for services that take you to and from the hotel to the parks, hotel contact and dining options and much more. The app is also helpful for those who aren't at Walt Disney World but want to learn more about the hotel with a photo gallery and videos as well as the option to make a reservation and get notice of current promotions. Anyone who visits or plans to visit the Disney Florida resort should download this application.

You can use the app or the website to view menus for restaurants. I ordered room service no problem and it was shorter wait then quoted. My only wish was that the Mobile dining for pool was also on the mobile dining section on the app so I didn’t have to go 2 places to get it.

Bunch of static info. For most things you have to call on the phone. Map is not interactive and not complete. ‘Shopping’ doesn’t reference names of stores.

The new update is horrendous! Did anyone actually try this garbage out from the user end, before updating? The old version was basic but effective. It was easy to use. Easy to see. Information easy to find. New version color scheme makes text difficult to see. Layout is confusing and makes information hard to find. Worst app update I’ve ever seen! Not hyperbole.
